Our founder
Alison Riccio has always been passionate about interior design and creating spaces with natural flow. Growing up in a family involved in real estate investing and flipping, she developed a love for real estate early on. With a strong industry background and a love for travel, Alison has lived in both Los Angeles and Dubai, gaining invaluable experience in home design. She has sold real estate in California and now resides in Pennsylvania, where she continues her work. Her cross-country and international moves inspired a commitment to minimalism, helping her create a more functional home, lighter travels, and a peaceful mindset. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves a tranquil space, Alison founded Modified Mind + Home. Our mission is to help clients declutter and donate items that no longer bring joy, creating peaceful, organized homes while supporting local charities. Inspired by her real estate career, Alison understands that an organized home not only feels better—it sells better too.
